I was of the mind it wasn't being discussed because the card's awesomeness is self-evident. There are no fine points for discussion.
As sydwys8 once eloquently said, "Stimhack wins games". I auto-include two in pretty much every runner deck. Large amount of credits on demand is such a big deal late game. At the point where you would want to use a stimhack, the brain damage is irrelevant. Bank job is stimhack's higher-priced, lower payout, more finicky cousin (even if the art is way cooler). Cyberfeeder doesn't pay off for 4 turns (2 for Kate), which means you have to get it down early and use it lots. My experience is that most people rarely utilize cyberfeeder enough to pay off the investment of clicks and credits (but there are exceptions). Stimhack typically has value as soon as you draw it.
