Depends on the noobs. Probably the first thing is to make the point that it's not a "serious" game. It's meant to be funny with lots of "screw your neighbor" this turn and "beg her to help me" next turn.Maybe just play with the Green powers to start. Try running through an encounter with just the cards and ships to give them the framework and say, "OK, that's the gist but the real game comes in when we all start breaking these rules with our crazy powers and begging each other to help and laughing as you deny someone's plea for help." Playing through a few rounds and then starting over is a good way to introduce any game with a strict timing and turn sequence.
