Well Actually as it is NBN is the only deck that you can pump all the way up to 59 cards if you want using the extra copies of Agendas you would get with a second core set. (definitely lessening the deck clearing death blow that the runner can pull off, with Medium, ect). Weyland only gets a single agenda point boost from the second set....not enough to go beyond 49 cards.
