For the record, I am ultimately happy to wait - the minis are a gorgeous and ambitious add-on, but not having them in-hand doesn't prevent me from enjoying the game while I wait.I'm giving feedback about how this process makes me feel, because I think that sort of feedback is essential for any studio. I love what Artipia have created, and I'm hugely sympathetic to all the issues they must be discovering (as any new business does), and a slightly dodgy set of late-arriving miniatures won't come close to putting a dent in my enthusiasm. However, as they move forward as a company and their customer base shifts from a backer/fan demographic to a consumer demographic, they'll encounter people with different responses and expectations.
Negative feedback now from people who think they're great will hopefully save negative feedback later from people whose negative feedback is accompanied by returned product!
