It looks like you have more than 1 core set available, why are you running 1x copies of anything?You should be running Precognition.
An early Precog can allow you to keep your R&D undefended for several turns without too much risk. If you are good at bluffing this works even better. A late Precog can get you that big piece of ICE you need to protect your remote server. IMO this card is better than most of the other cards in your deck.
I know you want to keep your traps, but I would drop Aggressive Secretary and Security Subcontracts for Precog. That also gets you some influence for other things if you want.
A minor clarification to hoobajoo's earlier comment about Beanstalk v. Shipment from Kaguya. The Shipment is indeed worth about 3 credits (+2 credits, +2 clicks, -1 click to play) but Beanstalk is worth only 2 credits (+3 credits, -1 click to play). That said, you often will not have two cards to advance using Shipment so it is really worth about 1 credit most of the time (+1 credit, +1 click, -1 click to play).
