There are seven such aliens. Four (Hate, Machine, Mite, Will) are immune to Drones. Barbarian already doesn't get to use his power if he loses his first encounter for any reason. That leaves Leviathan and Spiff.
But it doesn't really matter what your alien power is ... if you get the first encounter of your turn canceled, it's gonna hurt. It doesn't seem disproportionately punitive for Leviathan or Spiff; they miss their chance to gain a colony and end their turn, just like anybody else.
