Bit of a quibble, but I'd say Data Raven is the only current example. Toll Booth is just an "End the Run" in-front of an "End the Run." Which is also found with Heimdall and Hadrian's wall.

Yep, they're both "when encountered" effects. You can't break either ice's when encountered effects with an ice breaker, so they're really not at all like Hadrian's Wall or Heimdall.
