Hi all

I just recently acquired rota. And i have a 7 player session comming up :-) And i am a bit confused about the initial setup.
the rules in rota says that u pre setup the galaxy. But it fails to mention if u can stil discard the tile u turned over in your exploration phase.
So are you still allowed to discard the tile and take a new one in the next exploration phase?
