I didn't take it as griping - hell, if I was one of my customers I would be pretty upset myself. I've been amazed by the awesome treatment I've received, although I have also tried very hard to keep constant updates and explanations available.
Nothing goes on "behind the scenes" but misery and pain :p
Please back away folks, nothing good for you to see here. We put this curtain up to protect you from having to see what lies behind it.
Actually, the playtesting and designing part is fun. The business end is NO fun but you learn as you go.
