I normally don't discard Maker's eye so easily. I played Diesel to find Mimic, which indeed happened. I didn't have enough MU to keep Magnum, so I trashed it. If I remember correctly, I had two armitages in hand + another magnum in case I get enough MU. In the end, I guess I deemed that Maker's Eye was less useful than then the rest of my hand.
