Thanks to all above for the HB-precog inspiration. Helped me to my first tourney win! I had ichi instead of viktor though, as I'm really not convinced enough to run another 3 or less strength codegate when special-order->yog is so prevalent in my meta. Defo a fan of the balanced 6 barrier - 6 sentry - 6 codegate at the mo.Precogs were great for peace of mind, and ordering my deck's progress to get off to a faster start. Took pressure off R&D a bit to allow time to ice up remote, add a moneymaker in there, and boost HQ a little, then later focus on the scoring remote (aim for 4+ ice) and R&D for when the agendas come flooding in! Shame they are 3 inf each - strongly tempted to remove 1 to get some more fat ice (wall of thorns?) or early ice (ice wall?) ... but will hold firm at a 46 card deck with precogs to help increase the relative ice density for the mo.
All of the 'click-to-pass' ice is better later, and when guarding 'gamble' servers like HQ and R&D where they are taking a chance at finding an agenda, as most of the time they will be paying a lot (in clicks etc.) for no gain. Especially when the precogs have cleansed R&D for a few turns, and your HQ is pretty agenda-less!
Moneywise I was ok - except for my first game where I saw none of the adonis/mining. I had a problem when the runner had managed to outspeed my remote server ice with his rig, so I couldn't keep adonis/mining in play. A burst of cash could have helped add another ice, but maybe it was just a good game for the runner :-S. I'm going to up to 3 mining + 3 adonis, and see how we go for now.
Never hit with aggresive sec at all, and was very conscious of her trashability when bulking the hand. Frankly, I think the runner will fear her affections regardless unless you tell everyone you don't play her.
Corp Troubleshooter was interesting - bluffing an agenda to draw a pointless run, boosting ice to stop a run etc. I never actually blew any programs up as runners were careful, but I was able to drain crucial credits (e.g. force a $3 ninja strength pump for a $1 troubleshooter rototurret) and once bumped an enigma out of breaker reach to stop an agenda run.
Regarding Experiential Data - I'm wondering if this may be better than Aggresive Secs ;-) As I was ending up with a massive R&D and Remote ice tunnel, a single one of these would have been able to boost runner credits costs by 1 per ice: Rotos become $3 better against ninja, barriers vs corroder, even a couple would finally break enigma free of yog. Also, they can bluff as being trouble shooters - albeit with a perm limited affect of 1 to all ice on the server! Gives an extra turn of grace against stinky ole Parasite...
Look forward to a better 2 pt HB agenda to replace priority req. I never actually trigger the advanced beta test ability for that matter - kept stacking the agendas after the ice to give more MMC turn time, and didn't trust my luck not to archive an agenda or two from the following unknown cards. When I'm more confident with the deck!
