Thanks as always for putting up the spoiler list. Same for the online rules.

I'm not quite sure what to make of the Smuggler/Spies faction. Is it even playable with just one set available? How would one make it viable? Or is it just a matter of buying an extra core and then waiting for more expansion packs?
