They're similar to those you have, but with improved language and hopefully clarity in some places. I did change some rules.
1. Players in a fight are not obliged to play Tactical Cores. This allows better recovery potential after being targeted by the Core Capital tech or in other desperate situations.
2. Bureaucrats are vaporised in AM-detonations, just like everyone else. It doesn't come up all that often, because typically one is nuking to either get rid of an opponent's squadrons or capitol system, or to create walls, but when it does it just feels that bit more satisfying if the bureaucrats burn.
3. Not a change, but a clarification - cloaked Guard squadrons don't get reactive moves.
4. A mechanical change that leaves the play unchanged - IC now has Vulture squadrons instead of the power being left on the House. Needed to bring it in line with the other 'martial' houses. TBH I'm not totally satisfied with IC and would like to buff their power up a notch.
