First I need to say that I have an alternate storage method for my AH/MoM minis, so they aren't in here, but I still think I found a pretty good storage solution for this game. What you see here is Mansions of Madness, Forbidden Alchemy, and all five print-on-demand expansions. I think I have room for a decent amount more as well.

At the bottom of the box I put all of the manuals and story guides. Then on the left I stack my room tiles (which stack perfectly in a "3x2" arrangement like this). On the right I made a small card storage tray out of foam board and glue. I also made (and posted, pending approval) the dividers. Black dividers are for basic cards, green dividers are for story-specific cards (one small and one large divider per story). Small cards are stored vertically, large cards on their side.

Now the key here is the 2-level Plano 4600 case. It will fit perfectly on top of those map tiles we saw. Here is a picture of the bottom portion containing the monsters in the upper-right, the puzzle pieces below them, and the puzzle start and room item tokens in the large right-hand compartment. The room pieces could go elsewhere but this makes it easy to find things. The idea is that, after setup, the bottom container should rarely be needed.

Here is the top level of the Plano 4600. As you can see things are fairly liberally split out so I could make lots more room when I need to, but for now this is very functional during gameplay.

Finally, here is a picture of the Plano 4600 in the box. It just barely pokes out of the box. I made a lid piece for my card holder, and for now I stuff some packing on top of it so the cards don't spill out when turned on the side.

One thing I should note is I put each set of player-specific cards in a 3"x4" baggie which is stuffed between the box and the plano case (front side of the last picture) or could be put on top of the card storage.
