1. Some monsters have physcial immunity, which means that they can only be harmed by magical weapons and spells.
If i faces such a monster and hava a magical weapon which gives +3 to combat checks and my fight value is 3, do i get to roll 6 dices or 3 dices. That is, can i harm the monster with my fight skill or is it just the magical weapon that can harm the monster?
If the investigator didnt have any weapon at all, would he or she be able to harm a monster with physical immunity, using only the fight value.
2. If i am in a location in Arkham, for example the science building which states that instead of having av encounter here i can exchange 5 toughness worth of monster trophies or 1 gate trophy to get 2 clue tokens. Am i allowed to, in one encounter phase, exchange for example 10 toughness worth of monster trophies to get 4 clue tokens or am i limitied to 2 clue tokens eack encounter phase?

1. You would get all six dice. Physical Immunity only affects Physical Weapons... a Tommy gun is worthless, but your Fight works just fine. MCCrispy calls this "punching them in the throat". Ditto for Magic Immune creatures.
2. You can only activate the alternate use of a Location once per encounter phase. Think about the stores; if you could just look at three items over and over, you could do all your shopping in one round.
