I know there's an app on Google Play simply named "Mansions of Madness" that can be used for tracking health/sanity of all characters (as well as drawing combat cards, if you for some reason find it annoying to keep drawing until you find the right type of card).

I haven't actually tried it during a game yet, since we mostly play with 3 people (ergo two investigaters) and that's sort of manageble if you just pay close attention and plan your traumas a bit.

Although I think it might feel weird utilizing a "digital" device when the game otherwise is very "physical" with all it's tokens of different sorts, but it's a possibility :)
