As said above, you don't necessarily score every rush and if you're left with the ball after your rush that gives your opponent the chance to steal it. Good question on the defence though as at the moment it does seem quite static (ala the elephant in the room!) although you have options when you are slammed. I guess it's more of a positional thing, working out how many hex's your opponent needs to get into scoring positions then manoeuvring your players in the way.Also good point regarding the number of miniatures. Would seem to make more sense to get 16 rather than 14 as then you have all positions covered rather than being short a couple of miniatures (although how long does it take to build up a full roster of players? I suspect this is only an issue in league play). Related to this though, what happens when a Guard becomes a Keeper? Does this open up one of the maximum Guard spots because the player has moved to a new position or do the still count as a Guard for the purposes of the team roster?
