Yeah, it was pretty obvious it was going to happen.
At least I learned that "scope creep" is the technical term for what I've been repeatedly describing. Still doesn't make sense that our resident project manager didn't bother to use the term himself, and then explain why it didn't apply to the situation.
In fact, I'm still trying to get him to do that.

I'm not blaming any person for any thing. I'm blaming delays on... well... let's just call it scope creep to keep it short, and asking our self-professed project manager why he doesn't think this is the case. He is so vehemently convinced otherwise that he's gotten a refund. I want to know why.
Look, you've posted over a dozen times now & you aren't changing his opinion of the situation any more than he is changing yours.
I'm not trying to change anyone's opinion about anything. Where did you get this notion? I'm trying to understand an opinion. Specifically, his opinion. In addition, I'd like him to explain to me why my opinion is wrong.
