I would score Breaking News probably second turn depending on draw. After start I would start build Remote Server with Archer -> random ICE to avoid Inside Job. Then use that server to get money with Melanga + to score agendas when I start getting them and rez Archer when runner has some programs to trash.
I think this probably would have been the optimal play and I'll consider it if situations come up again that are similar. I think what I did was a good play in the case that I didn't draw Wall of Static.
