Yeah, this is why I typically only run 2 and not 3. Even so, stimhack can have its uses early-mid game. It is a great card against red herrings (which lots of people play), sansan (which lots of people are beginning to play), and can really throw the corporation off-balance when the runner bankrupts. Usually this is the time where a corp will want to be aggressive about advancing agendas behind lightly defended servers. Stimhack can really flip a game around in these midgame situations. One brain damage will rarely kill you.
