You can. But it'll be several months. Assuming they don't sell their entire stock out (which they very well may for Netrunner), game night kits go on sale to the general public after the new kits come out. For instance, now that Q3/Q4 2012 kits are available for Game of Thrones, Call of Cthulu, and Warhammer Invasion, you can purchase the last cycle's (Q1 2012) kits here.
